Macro and close-up photography = larger than life.

Macro and Close-up Photography.

Macro photography is extreme close-up photography, often of small subjects, where the image is larger than life-size, while close-up photography is about taking a photograph so that something looks much larger than it actually is.

This has been the theme for March for Hedon Viewfinders Photography Club – and it’s a genre I really enjoy – which has led to me taking this range of shots:
