SAINT AUGUSTINE’S CHURCH (the church grounds) will host a gathering of bikers on Sunday, 4 September 2022. Classic, retro and vintage bikes can park up on the church grounds for £1 where visitors can come and see them from 1.30pm.
Homemade and bought cakes are being donated – local bakers are being encouraged to bring and buy! So you will be able to enjoy a cake and a cuppa in the fantastic atmosphere of the ancient church before and after enjoying the display of bikes.
All funds raised will go towards the restoration of Hedon’s historic Saint Augustine’s Church building, known locally as “The King of Holderness”.
Everyone is welcome! Other parking is available on Market Hill and Church Lane as well as around the town.
