HEDON BREASTFEEDING CAFE is run by Hedon Children’s Centre in partnership with local volunteer Breastfeeding Peer Supporters, who are mums who have or who are breastfeeding their children and have done a breastfeeding peer support course.

The Cafe runs every Thursday morning from 11am -12 noon after the child health clinic at Rosedale Community Unit on Preston Road, Hedon. The group is for Pregnant and Breastfeeding families and offers breastfeeding support and information.

The Cafe offers a range of hot drinks including, hot chocolate, cappuccino and cakes.

Extra! Extra!

Some extra activities have been planned to raise awareness of the benefits of Breastfeeding and the group – and also to help raise essential funds. The first of these is a Sponsored Pram Push at the Kingstown Hotel on Wednesday 26th June 2013 at 11am. Those taking part will meet from 10:30am.
