Holderness Gazette Business PageBUSINESS NEWS:

The Holderness Gazette has started a new Business Page which will appear on the second Thursday of each month. The new monthly feature will include stories about local business successes and initiatives, and the newspaper is very keen to receive news from businesses which can be sent through to news@holderness-gazette.co.uk marked “Business Page” or contact reporter Gina Hobbs on 01964 611589.

The Hedon Blog is additionally keen to feature items about local businesses that operate from the town – so if you have stories to tell, perhaps about your staff members who are involved in charity fundraising, or news about a new training initiative, perhaps a “special offer” you might be running – then please do get in touch at hedonblog@gmx.com or via our other contact points.

Eastern Pyro Ltd:

Tim Houlton
Tim Houlton

TIM HOULTON is the man behind this Hedon-based Fireworks Display firm. Most local people will know about the work that Eastern Pyro do if they have ever attended the Haven Arms Bonfire Night Fireworks Display – they are the local firm that stage that marvellous event. They have also organised the fireworks for the Hornsea Carnival and countless other wedding, birthday and other celebrations. They can add dramatic lighting effects to their fireworks displays and even synchronise displays to music!

We have listed Eastern Pyro Ltd on the HU12 Business Directory – but you must click-through to their website to get the full flavour of what the company has to offer – plus videos of some of their unforgettable displays.

And when Tim is not arranging or executing displays…? He is a volunteer with the Hedon Community First Responders.

W. P. Everingham & Sons Ltd is one of the latest Hedon businesses to sign up for a Facebook page – check it out at www.facebook.com/WpEveringhamSonsLtd

We are always on the look out for sponsors to advertise on HU12 Online – but in a new development we are now looking to recruit sponsors who can help us develop our news coverage in Paull, Preston and Thorngumbald. In return sponsors will get their company logo on published articles about their chosen place, with a link through to their company website. Interested? Get in touch with us at hu12@gmx.com
