Sugar & Spice is a theme that invites photographers to explore contrasting yet complementary elements. From colourful desserts, goodies, and baked treats to vibrant spices, herbs, and ingredients bursting with texture, this challenge encourages creative interpretations of flavour through imagery. Participants may focus on food items, market scenes, food preparation, or abstract details that capture the visual appeal of both sugar and spice. And of course, the theme should inspire many ideas for a still life, where you, as the photographer, control all the elements in the scene.
