BILTON SINGERS are searching for a Musical Director to begin in September. “The choir which was established in 2012, is a friendly, enthusiastic mixed voice community choir,” says Secretary Pauline Jennison:
“The choir is fortunate in having the regular services of a very accomplished pianist. The choir enjoys singing all genres of music; songs from the shows, popular music, Gospel and sacred music including John Rutter classics. None of the singers has had any formal music training but all are competent at reading music from a score and able to sing in four parts when required.”
The choir rehearses on Tuesday evenings from 7.00 pm until 8.30 pm in the Church Centre, Bilton. Bilton Singers are represented at the Choral Development (Accord Partnership) Group meetings.
