WHILST OUTLINE PLANNING PERMISSION was granted in March 2021 for the development of the Humber International Enterprise Park (HIEP) on Hedon Haven, the details of the outline application proposal have still to be determined by the East Riding of Yorkshire Council.
One of the conditions placed on Associated British Ports (ABP the developer) was for the establishment and operation of a liaison group to act as a community forum to address issues related to the details of the application.
Property Consultants Montagu Evans has been commissioned to establish and operate the liaison group until all the conditional reserved matters associated with the outline planning permission have been addressed.
The proposed liaison group will comprise representatives of ABP, ERYC planning, a South West Holderness Ward Councillor, a Hedon Town Councillor, a Paull Parish Councillor, and up to three local resident representatives one of whom, it is proposed, will be a representative of the PADEL Resident Group (Paull Against Development on the Enterprise Land).
It is proposed that the first meeting of this group takes place before the end of September 2022.
Hedon Blog will aim to keep readers updated with the developments at Hedon Haven and the deliberations of the liaison group.
