PRESTON PARISH COUNCIL is celebrating The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee with a Family Fun Day and Afternoon Tea on Saturday 4 June 2022.
The message to residents is: “Please Join Us to Celebrate this Once in a Lifetime event!”
Family Fun Day:
Entry to the Family Fun Day event at 2pm on the grounds of the Nag’s Head is free. There will be children’s rides, a barbecue and craft stalls.
Afternoon Tea:
£1. Served in the Marquee from 2.30pm. Tickets will be available in advance from the pub and from the Parish Council. Tickets, which are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, will include a commemorative gift.
Fancy Dress Parade:
At 3pm there will be a Fancy Dress Competition and Parade for both adults and children with a RED, WHITE and BLUE theme. Prizes for the best costumes!
