Press Officer Katy Miller explains more about the exhibition:
“The next exhibition at Hedon Museum is for those who love all things crafty.
“The Fireside Quilters will not only be displaying their work but demonstrating their process as well. Many will probably be unaware of just how many techniques there are, using squares, hexagons, triangles and folding, to create a mass of unique effects, stained glass being one of the most enchanting.
“The Fireside Quilters will be attending the exhibition to talk about and show anyone with an interest, the ways they can make such beautiful things. Whether you want to learn the craft yourself, or just enjoy seeing enchanting pieces of art, don’t miss it.”
