KOREAN-style Kickboxing comes to Hedon starting on Thursday 26th February 2015.
The East Riding Kickboxing Club is starting its new classes at the Scout Hall on Sheriff Highway from 6.30pm to 7.30pm.
The classes will initially be for mixed-age and mixed abilities. The Club instructor Joy Peacock (1st Dan Black Belt) says that the club is not competitive and concentrates on the fitness and self-protection aspects of the martial art.
