A VARIETY of different issues are being discussed at the next meeting of Hedon Town Council at the Town Hall on Thursday 23rd May 2013, at 7:15pm. The Chair and Vice-Chair of each Council Committee will be elected to serve for the next 12 months.
The Property Committee has agenda items listed, amongst others, about;
- dead fish in Burstwick Drain
- costings for free/heavily subsidised transport around Hedon to alleviate town centre parking
- Zebra crossing on New Road
- cycle parking in Hedon
The earlier meeting of the Planning Committee will add its opinion on a Planning Application for a 15m (20m to tip) wind turbine on land east of Oak Lodge off Mattocks Lane.
Hedon Town Council meets in public (except for certain items which by their nature have to be dealt with in private). Members of the public can observe but not take part in the meetings unless invited to do so.
