SOUTH HOLDERNESS SWIMMING CLUB are to be congratulated for having recently renewed their ERCAS level two standards accreditation.

The South Holderness Swimming Club is based at South Holderness Leisure Centre, Preston, but the club also runs training sessions at Hornsea Leisure Centre and Withernsea Pavillion Leisure Centre.

The East Riding Club Accreditation Scheme is mandatory for all voluntary sports clubs who use East Riding school or leisure centre facilities, deliver holiday sessions in schools, hire school facilities or apply for Rate Relief or hand out any publicity material to local school children.

The aim of the scheme is to promote a quality clubs focusing on key areas such as child protection and implementing health and safety measures.
