WALKING THE WAY TO HEALTH is a scheme that aims to encourage people to take up walking as a way of improving physical health and mental well-being. Both 30 minute and hourly health walks will be setting off up to three times a month, from St Andrew Church in Paull led by volunteers from the community.
The Walking the Way to Health scheme, supported by the East Riding Council, is aimed at anyone who has an interest in walking or wants to slowly introduce exercise into their daily routine.
Walking can be the ‘perfect exercise’, requiring no equipment or expense, almost anyone can do it, it can be done anywhere at any time, it is the best way for people from all walks of life to become more active gradually.
