PRESTON SOUTH VILLAGE HALL in Princes Avenue is to be the base for a new Martial Arts School.
The Village Hall, which has been disused for some time, will be leased to an organisation that intends to run martial arts classes for children and adults.
The Village Hall Committee agreed to this action in the hope that this would revitalise the run-down building. The lease has been granted for 12 months and the leaseholder has agreed to pay for refurbishments and improvements at the Hall.
