  1. I would like to use the Hedon blog (which I follow) to say thank you to the Hedon newsletter for including the news about my novel. And also to thank the local shops, the library, the local press and radio for backing me. Support from the local community has been incredible and a large factor in the book’s success. I have fingers and everything else crossed for the New Blood Dagger Award, but that won’t be announced until later in the summer. My latest news is that The Jawbone Gang, my third novel (and the second set in the local area) has just been accepted for publication.
