Housing plans threaten Preston countryside?

Preston in Watercolour

THE HULL DAILY MAIL is reporting that some Preston residents are forming an action group to oppose plans by the East Riding Council to build 20 new homes in Manor Road.

The protestors are concerned about the loss of ancient hedgerows and wildlife.

The possible impact of increased traffic in the town is also a source of worry.
