Community Institute in Thorngumbald to re-open
THORNGUMBALD’S Community Institute is set to re-open. The community building has recently undergone some refurbishment work and a deep clean in order to be COVID secure. It will open again from Sunday 18th October 2020.
Thorngumbald Scarecrows 2019 – Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 July
On Sat 6 and Sun 7 July 2019 it’s the 8th Annual Thorngumbald Scarecrow Trail weekend. Scarecrows out from 10am on Saturday until 4pm on Sunday – location maps from local shops and pubs. Traditional Annual Village Show at the Village Hall on Sat from 1pm – 4pm and a special Scarecrow Service at St. Mary’s Church on the Sunday at 10am.
