Make photos with a moving camera!
Today, the jigsaw uses an image taken with a moving camera. Intentional camera movement – often abbreviated to simply ‘ICM’ by photographers – is a technique that employs what it says: whilst pressing the shutter you move the camera. You often combine a slower shutter speed with a narrow aperture to create the effect. In the case here, the camera focussed on trees in Elsiegate field on Ivy Lane and was swiped upwards to complete the effect. It took several attempts swiping the camera up and down, and side to side until a pleasing result was achieved.
