ELECTION STATEMENT
Lewis Kirkby
“Vote for me on the 4th November for a young, vibrant Town Councillor for Hedon”
A little about me
I am 27 years old and work full time in a local government role as a supervisor. I am not aligned to any political party, I don’t have a great interest in politics just in helping out with the local community, I have recently moved to Hedon where I now live with my partner after living in rural North Lincolnshire most of my life.
I was previously on the local parish council where I helped to gather funding and put in place village hanging baskets, Christmas lights and a carol concert, as well as been the snow warden for 3 years.
My Goals
To help keep Hedon an attractive place to live, visit and enjoy. Represent and be a voice for young people in local issues. I am passionate about community events and keen to get involved in local community projects whilst drawing on my experience to try and build on the town’s floral displays, festive offerings and tourism.
