The image is upside down. I think the railings are the ones that are around the school playground,and the whole thing is reflected in a puddle nearby.
Is it something to do with the railings?
The whole picture is upside down you have flipped it
Looks as though it is a reflection in a puddle!
The numerals on the clock face are the wrong way found (because it’s a mirror image)
