GAYNOR JEWITT’S ‘Annual Cake Break’ has become something of a tradition in Hedon! This year it will be held on Thursday 26th June 2014 at “Coronella”, Cherry Tree Lane, Hedon.
The idea of Cake Break is simple; get together with your friends, family and colleagues, provide them with plenty of cake and watch the donation box fill up. You can host your Cake Break at home, at work, at school, anywhere you like!
Cake Break is a scrumptious way to fundraise for people affected by MS across the UK.
In Hedon on Thursday 26th June 2014, from 11.00am until 4.00pm, visitors can come along and enjoy a coffee/tea with a lovely cake, all for a donation towards the Multiple Sclerosis society funds.
But organisers Gaynor and Shirley also have an appeal:
“If you can make us some lovely cakes or provide any raffle/Tombola prizes we would be pleased. Otherwise just come and join us on the day. We would appreciate your help however small. Thanks and see you in June.”
If you can provide cakes and/or raffle/tombola prizes, please contact Mrs. Shirley Lenton, 19 Andrew Lane, Hedon 01482 899856. Or Gaynor Jewitt, at above address 01482 896439.
