Georgie Jackson Head Shave

GEORGIE JACKSON is having her head shaved to support her Dad who is fighting cancer.

The big shave-off will take place at the Queen’s Head, Hedon at 6pm on Sunday 9th February 2014.

On her JustGiving fundraising page, Georgie says:

“I want to show my support for him (her Dad) as well as raising money for the hospices that care for people with cancer and their families.

The money raised will be divided between Dove House in Hull, and Thorpe Hall, the Sue Ryder hospice in Peterborough which is near where my Dad lives.

I’ve been growing my hair for ages, and there’s a lot of it, so please give generously!”

Georgie hopes to raise a £1,000 pounds, £500 for each hospice. Donate and find out more at Georgie’s JustGiving.Com page at the link below. Or come along to the event on Sunday 9th February.

Good luck, Georgie!
