Christine Hanson from the Friends group said:
“This is a new venture. We are seeking support from people living in the Holderness area, to raise awareness of the positive effects that occur when people with neuro-muscular conditions use Functional Electrical Stimulation, in order to generate muscle contractions to improve strength and mobility.
The aim of Friends of F.E.S.(Functional. Electrical. Stimulation), is to raise funds to purchase Neuro-Rehabilitation equipment for as many people to access as possible.”
