THIS CAKE was baked by Cheryl Lindop in honour of Councillor Jim Lindop who recently became the 666th Mayor of Hedon and Sue Lindop the Mayoress.
Cheryl is pictured below serving guests with the cake at the Mayormaking Celebration held at the Alexandra Hall on 16th May 2013. Unfortunately, all other evidence that the historic cake ever existed has gone – it was all eaten!
