THE MAYOR and Mayoress of Hedon, Jim and Sue Lindop entertained Civic dignitaries to a dinner and drinks in the Town Hall on Tuesday evening 23rd April 2013.
Some of those present were the Lord Lieutenant Susan Cunliffe Lister, Deputy Lieutenant Frank Duffield, the retired High Sheriff Julie Good, the Chairman of the East Riding Chad Chadwick, Hedon’s Deputy Mayor John Dennis, Councillor Ann Suggit and other Mayors and their consorts from around the region.
“It was a fabulous evening, with lovely food provided by Alison and her team from the Haven Arms in Hedon. Donations from the event will go towards Bowel cancer UK and Cancer Research.” – Hedon Mayor, Councillor Jim Lindop
