The Mayor and Mayoress of Hedon Councillor Jim Lindop and Mrs. Sue Lindop Will be attending their
CIVIC SERVICEAND PARADEon SUNDAY, 30th September 2012 Service – St. Augustine’s Church Followed by 2nd leg of parade when the Mayor will be taking the salute in the Market Place – 3.00 pm. The Mayor and Mayoress will be joined by STOP PRESS! HEDON TOWN COUNCIL STOP PRESS! PARALYMPIC FLAME COMES TO HEDON! As part of the Mayor’s Sunday celebrations and in conjunction with the East Riding of Yorkshire Council, the Mayor of Hedon, Cllr Jim Lindop, will welcome the Paralympic Flame to Hedon on Sunday 30th September. The Flame will be joining the civic parade through Hedon, leaving the Hedon Market Place at 1.35pm. |
Note: Road and bus diversions (No 277) will be in place for the event from 1pm – 4pm.
