“During Friday morning we are expecting heavy rain showers to enter the region from the east travelling westwards across the region. Some of this rain is likely to be heavy, which has the potential to cause localised surface water problems. Saturated ground means that rivers will respond to these showers. We will continue to monitor the situation. This message will be updated as the situation changes.
