UPDATE: THE PAULL VILLAGE HALL WEBSITE REPORTS: – Sponsored ‘Way of the Roses’ cyclists to arrive back in Paull now at the new expected time of 1:00pm on Sunday 17th July 2011.
KENNY HARRISON AND PETE ALLAN along with their friends left Morecambe Bay at 12 noon on Thursday 14th July. They set off to cycle the 176 miles of the ‘Way of the Roses’ from Morecambe to Bridlington and then back to Paull a total distance of 200 miles (see Blog article).
On Thursday they cycled from Morecambe to Grassington where they stayed overnight. On Friday they travelled between Grassington and York for their second overnight stay. Today (Sat 16th July) they are cycling between York and Bridlington where they will stay overnight. They will arrive back at Paull Village Hall tomorrow at 1.00pm on Sunday 17th July.
The Village Hall Cafe will be open serving teas, coffee from 12 noon.
