MRS BRENDA GOLDSPINK is the 663rd holder of the historic position of Hedon Mayor. She was elected by the Town Council at its meeting on 25th March 2010.
Councillor Goldspink (pictured last year in her role as Deputy Mayor) will preside over the town’s civic duties and functions over the next 12 months – including the famous Penny Throwing ceremony outside the Town Hall, which takes place this year on Thursday 20th May.
