ParadeThe Annual Hedon Armistice Sunday Parade and Church Service takes place on the 8th November 2009.

Members of the Royal British Legion, local dignitaries and the band of the Army Cadet Force will assemble in the Market Place at 10.30am

At 10.40 a.m. the parade will proceed to St.Augustine’s Church from the Market Place, via Church Gate and Church lane for the formal church service.

The parade will re-assemble in Church Lane at 11.40 a.m. and proceed to the War Memorial in Ivy Lane cemetery for the Wreath Laying ceremony. At 12:00 mid-day the Parade will return to the Market Place via Ivy Lane, Church lane, New Road, St. Augustine’s Gate and Market place for the official salute to be taken.

All members of recognised organisations; Brownies, Scouts, Red Cross, Lions, etc, are invited to attend.
