The Yorkshire Post today reports on tourist industry plans to draw in waves of new visitors to the region. The recession has prompted lots of people to re-think their holiday plans with more opting to stay in the UK. In response tourism chiefs are stepping up their activities to attract visiting holidaymakers to Yorkshire.
