POLICE were called to a road traffic collision at 3.20pm today, Tuesday 24 March 2015.
A black Citroen C4 struck a female pedestrian in the Market Place, Hedon before colliding with the shop front of Cooplands Bakery.
The pedestrian has been taken to HRI for treatment for her injuries. The injuries to the casualty are not known at this stage.
The elderly female driver of the vehicle is not reported to be injured.
