A PACKED MEETING in Hedon last night confirmed residents’ intention to get MS3 poles removed from Hedon and Preston streets. And to set up countywide and countrywide organisations to tackle unnecessary telegraph pole deployment nationwide.
The response from the Going Underground has always been, from day one, that leading people into criminal activity is fundamentally wrong and would be counter-productive.
As the core group of campaigners can’t support all of these streets, we must implore each street to make their own arrangements to protect themselves from the legalised vandalism of MS3.
WHILST MS3 NETWORKS is supported by multi-million-pounds of investment by Asterion Investment Partners, the Going Underground campaign is supported by the activity of local residents. And this includes on the funding front.

CAMPAIGNERS FROM HEDON and Hessle travel down to Parliament today to present their briefing document “The Unintended Consequences of *Permitted Development”.
This is all happening while preparations are being made to take the case against MS3 Networks to Parliament.
The Going Underground campaign is only six weeks old today (born out of the September 7th protest), and there is a long way yet to go!
