Better plants, flowers and garden photography.
This on flower photography is part of my continuing and wider coverage of Photography subjects on the Hedon Blog.
The Digital Imaging Group (DIG) of the Royal Photographic Society (RPS) has launched a new programme encouraging plants, flowers and garden photography – and opportunities to improve your photography. As a keen photographer, a member of DIG, and a hope-to-be-better flower photographer, I aim to participate in many of these initiatives. All aspects of this project are relatively affordable.
Below is the link to the relevant part of the RPS website about the programme. I hope that readers of the Blog interested in the subject will join me on this journey to improve my photography (images are mine and taken before the project started – I will add to the gallery as the project progresses).

Gallery:
My Gallery – I’m quite pleased with these. The first three images were inspired by a previous workshop I attended with tutor Polina Plotnikova (in 2017) and I will be attending one of her online talks as part of this new From Seed to Bloom Project. As I add to this gallery over the next few months, hopefully, I will see an improvement in my image-taking and images.
