The Hedon Town Council Events Working Group is hoping to stage an Art Festival (provisionally scheduled for May 2023) in collaboration with St Augustine`s Church, Hedon.
This will comprise Sketches, Oil Paintings, and Watercolours, on any subject.
The town council initially wants to gauge what support there would be from schools, art groups, and individuals in the area in submitting work for this event.

Councillor David Thompson, the 675th Mayor of Hedon is promoting the idea. He said: “If this is successful then we would hope to make it an annual event. I would look forward to receiving your expression of interest.”
