REGULAR READERS will have noticed that we’ve had a bit of a facelift recently. This became necessary to technically facilitate the continuing delivery of our Events Listings as part of our What’s On service .
What’s On?
What’s On is now the main feature of Hedon Blog and is one of the main reasons that our readers keep coming back. It is by far our most-visited page. When we include an event on Hedon Blog – and as it actually takes place – that event becomes live and can be viewed as “Taking place now” by anyone visiting our pages.
What’s On is seen by those not on social media too. Your event or activity might be high profile and talked about on Facebook or Instagram – but there are still those not on those networks who will not see those postings.
As a rule-of-thumb; if we don’t know about it on Hedon Blog then your publicity is not reaching your maximum audience and there will be those in the area who don’t know about it.
But we want the service to be even better and more inclusive of events and activities going on in the area.
So we are asking readers to use our sharing buttons and share this page for us. And when you attend an event, do let organisers know where you found out about it.
