Following a prompt by Nikki Fox on Twitter, I have sent the following letter to the Co-operative Bank website (feedback) at 10:15am on Saturday 12th November 2011.
A NEW CO-OP CASH MACHINE replaced the existing ATM(s) at the Hedon Cooperative Food Store, Hull Road, Hedon in September 2011. Unfortunately, the new machine is still not operational!
Could I suggest that you publish some information locally in Hedon informing residents and visitors to the town about the new machine and the schedule for making it operational.
People are still turning up to use the machine and are being disappointed that it is not working!
