HULL AND EAST YORKSHIRE TRIATHLON CLUB is now Swimming at Kelsey Gardens in Burstwick on Thursday evenings and Sunday mornings.
Triathlon is a multi-discipline sport involving a continuous race over various distances in the three disciplines of swimming, cycling, and running. A standard triathlon is made up of a swim, followed by a cycle ride, followed by a run.
Competitors normally race against the clock, which starts as they enter the swim and stops as they cross the finish line after the run.
The HEY Triathlon Club is strictly for adult members only and wetsuits must be worn! Only £10 membership for the rest of 2011, then £3.50 per swim.

The childrens club has Clubmark accreditation with Sport England. As well as this the club is also affiliated with Triathlon England, and British cycling. Children are coached in each discipline with a structured and progressive approach.
Childrens Triathlon club is now up and running. Saturday mornings at the East Mount Centre Waveny rd Hull 10am, and Monday evenings at 7pm East Hull Pools Holderness road Hull.
