DRAPER’S LANE in Hedon has attracted some local attention because of the new council-built homes sited there, however, new homes are also being built as part of the Holderness Grange development.
The last of the 143 homes at the “lifestyle village for the over 55s” have been completed including those that form the frontage of the development.
OurProperty.Co.uk reveals that flats at the Grange have recently been sold for an average selling price of £110,000, but some have previously been sold for over £150,000. Houses have been sold for over £139,000.
The current asking price for flats is between £136,950 – £140,950, and for town house property types is £152,950 according to the developers HicaLife website.
