THE KING’S HEAD is on Facebook! Not only that, but the pub is actively promoting its Facebook Group through its resident DJ Marky Mark and his Karaoke screen. The new FB Group is actively asking customers to give their views about the place.

The King’s has had its share of ups-and-downs in the last 12 months, so this is good news for the pub and shows that they are willing to try out new  ideas. Find them on Facebook at The King’s Head, Hedon.

This is also good news to the Hedon Blogger – who used to spend his time moaning about the lack of online pubs in the town! Yes I know…I was sad! However things have really improved with both Haven Arms and Queens Head now having an online presence.

  6. Myself and landlady of The Kings Head (Mandy), were interviewed by the Viking FM News Team last week about pubs turning to the internet to advertise.
You can listen to the interview whilest watching the slideshow of photo’s I took at The Kings Head, Hedon by joining The Kings Head, Hedon Facebook group.

  7. Re: Sarah Jordan’s message: I have been informed by Mandy (the landlady of The Kings Head) that a few people have requested that the pool table to be taken away, so it looks like thats what will happen.
As for using brighter lighting, that is currently being looked in to.
The layout of the front bar cannot really be done but if the pool table goes, the front bar will be bigger giving us a dancefloor.
