To confuse matters further, the sign to the rear of the premises says: Mei Lee Chinese Restaurant! Reply
The signs have now been covered up, I was wondering if they have spelt it wrong or the real Mr Chu has objected, we await with interest Reply

Is this the same Mr Chiu who has the riverside restaurant on St Andrews Quay
I think that is Mr Chu’s (different spelling)?
