EARTH, STEEL and FIRE is the title and theme of the latest exhibition at Hedon Museum.
On display will be 120 exhibits produced by local artists in clay, metal and ceramics inspired by the theme. The works have all been produced by students at an Adult Education Course that takes place at the Freedom Centre in Hull, and includes pieces by professional ceramicist and course tutor Erica Jayne Wilson. Erica hails from North Ferriby and draws her own inspiration from the Yorkshire environment, riverbank and its incredible environment.
Earth, Steel and Fire opens on Saturday 12th October 2013 and is the last exhibition of this year for the Museum.
Hedon Museum is open Saturdays and Wednesdays, from 10am – 4pm and admission is FREE. Refreshments available.
