MATTY MALLORY from Westlands, Hedon is seeking to win a prestigious competition with his design of a Renault Twizy.

The 20-year-old student at Hull School of Art and Design is one of ten young designers picked by a panel of judges at Renault UK to enter the competition which involves creating a livery for the stylish motorcar.

If Matty wins then his design will actually be used on a Renault Twizy car.

His prize would be to have his college tuition fees paid for him for a whole year.  But he could also win a 2nd prize of holiday in Paris or 3rd prize of £250 vouchers.

Give Matty your support – and help put Hedon on the map in the design world!

  1. The Hull College website endorsed Matty’s campaign today.

His tutor Alex Rabone said: “It is remarkable for a first year student such as Matt to reach this level of competition. He is a very talented designer and has his finger on the pulse of contemporary design. This is a great achievement for him and the design is a great addition to his portfolio. I just want to encourage everyone to vote for him!”

There seemed to be a problem with voting for a while, but that seems to have fixed now! Get voting!
