Humberside Police’s Lifestyle project is back! Organisers are appealing to young people aged 10 – 18 to get together with friends to form Lifestyle teams to help make a difference in local communities.

“Over the past 30 years, we have seen thousands of inspiring and impressive projects, from cleaning up public spaces to raising vital funds to purchase life-saving medical equipment (such as defibrillators), to doing a small thing every day to make people smile.

“The project that you take on is entirely up to you and your team, however, we do have some suggested challenges for anyone struggling for inspiration.

There are a host of fantastic prizes on offer for the most inventive and successful projects undertaken. These include a trip to London, UK adventure holidays, days out at Flamingo Land, Go Ape and Tockwith Racecourse and many more.” – Humberside Police Lifestyle Project

Lifestyle has suggested nine team challenges under titles such as ‘Firefighter Challenge’, ‘Healthy Lifestyle Challenge’, ‘Community Crusader’ and ‘Neighbourhood Challenge’. Although the projects undertaken are decided by the teams themselves.

Participating teams need a supporting adult adviser.
