CHURCHES TOGETHER in Hedon and District – LENTEN LUNCHES:
On five Wednesdays during Lent, the different Christian communities in the area will provide Lenten Lunches – a simple lunch of Soup/Cheese and Bread – in return for a donation to the Hull Homeless and Rootless Project.
All lunches will be held in All Saints Parish Church in Preston at 12.00pm on these dates:
- Wednesday 9 March,
- Wednesday 16 March,
- Wednesday 23 March,
- Wednesday 30 March,
- Wednesday 6 April 2022.
ALL WELCOME.
Each of the 5 Lunches will be followed by a Lenten Talk for those who wish to stay on. Each 30-minute talk after each lunch will be led by different denominations on the Witnesses of Holy Week.
