DAVID FREER organised a campaign last year (July 2014) to raise money to support the family of 4-year old severe autism sufferer Lewis Norman after his specialist buggy was stolen. Although successfully raising £2725.62, David learned lots during the Lewis campaign; what works and the problems faced. In response, and inspired by the support and goodwill he discovered, David set up ‘Nice 2 B Nice’.

collection boxesNice 2 B Nice aims to help promote good causes whilst raising its own funds to support them. David says that “Nice 2B Nice aims to help disadvantaged adults and children whilst creating a few smiles along the way!” In November 2014 David won a Viking FM Award for his work with Nice  2 B Nice.

David wants to find sites for eight new collection boxes around the Hedon area, and is hoping that local shops, bars and cafes wouldn’t mind having one for a period of time. If anyone can help, David can be contacted as below:
