BALLOT PAPERS for voting in the Boundary Referendum will be sent to those eligible to vote from Monday 8th September 2014.
You will be able to vote by post:
You will be sent a postal ballot paper (a pre-paid return envelope will be included). If you have a proxy postal vote at present, your proxy will be sent your postal vote.
Or in person:
You can hand in your postal ballot paper at the council’s Hedon Customer Service Centre on New Road where a ballot box will be located. Note – the Customer Service Centre will not be issuing Ballot Papers.
Ballot papers must be returned by 4pm, Friday 26th September 2014 to be included in the count.
If you lose your postal Ballot Paper, you can apply for a replacement ballot paper from Monday 15th September 2014 until 3pm Friday 26th September 2014. Contact:

Q1. Yes 1,887 No 51,312.
Q2. Yes 2,167 No 50,981.
