Fancy a round of golf as a gentle way to get fit and improve health?
The Golfing the Way to Health scheme supported by the East Riding Council is hosting sessions at the Burstwick Golf Club taking place on Mondays, from 6pm until 7pm.
Each session is priced at £5 and is open to 10 players, with early booking advised. Equipment hire is available at the club as well as tuition from golf professional Stewart Frazer.
The scheme is designed to help people get gentle exercise. The sessions will be ideal for anyone looking to take up the sport for the first time, or improve their game. The club house will be available after the session to relax.
