REIKI is a “Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing” according to the US based International Centre for Reiki Training.
You can now take part in regular Reiki classes in Hedon over Saturdays and Sundays. You can learn all about Reiki and train to become a Reiki level 1, 2, 3 and Master/teacher – receive in depth tuition, with continued support in your learning by an experienced, fully insured Master/Teacher.
The leader for the sessions is locally based Reiki Master/Teacher Sandra Milson. Sandra says that she was fortunate enough to gain a grant from the Holderness Development Fund a few years ago to complete her Master/Teacher degree after first completing the 1st and 2nd degrees.
I have always felt that it would be lovely to give something back to the community, and I am hoping to expand awareness of Reiki into the local area at an affordable price.”
Sandra is also arranging free “Reiki Share” sessions which involves Reiki enthusiasts meeting together to exchange ideas and experiences, and of course, Reiki. These are open to any level Reiki practitioner. And Sandra guarantees a warm welcome for anyone wishing to join.
