Age Concern in the East Riding is holding a healthy lifestyle event in cooperation with the Holderness Grange retirement village on Monday 19th October 2009.
The event which takes place from 11am – 2pm at the Drapers Lane complex will raise awareness of the array of information, support and services available to over-50s.
The event will also showcase the facilities at the Holderness Grange site which include a restaurant and bar, hair and beauty salon, gymnasium, library, bowling green, internet facilities and dance studio.
